Benoit Vis studied juggling and theatre at École Steiner in Colmar, France at the age of 13. Having developed a pas- sion for the circus arts, he joined the Achile Zavatta amateur circus school in Mulhouse. At the age of 16, he began his professional training at several circus schools: École de cirque Cascabel d'Amiens, École de cirque Yole de Besançon, École de Châtellerault, and École nationale des arts du cirque de Rosny sous bois (region of Paris) for two years. After three more years of training, he earned a diploma from the École supérieure des arts du cirque de Bruxelles. In 2007, Benoit performed his famous trampoline act on tour with Circus Monti in Switzerland, and in 2008-2009, he integrated the Poet Productions Company with the Visions show at the Estoril Casino in Portugal. He has been performing with Nebbia since September 2009.
